Established in 1990, Ningbo Yinzhou Yajie Aluminum-plastic Sprayers Co., Ltd (The original Ningbo Yinzhou Rihua Can Factory) is located in Gulin Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo city, near airport and port. We company handle the whole production, from metal punch, polish, anodic oxidation, injection molding to the final assembly. We are specialized in packaging goods for perfume, cosmetics and household. Main products include perfume sprayer, collar, airless bottle, disc cap, lotion pump, trigger and so on. There are about 100 employees, including 10 technicians in charge of oxidation, coloring, electrolysis and pretreatment and 20 technicians specialized in design and development of punch and injection mould. Apart from top talents, our company possess advanced equipment, consisting of 8 full-automatic high-speed punches, 20 sets of automatic punch equipment in different kinds, 4 sets of chemical polishing equipment, 4 sets of electrolytic polishing equipment and 4 automatic polishing lines. We have 1,200kw full-automatic injection equipment with annual capacity of 800 tons. Moreover, there are 3 full-automatic sprayer assembly lines.
